The Basics

Hey guys;

I wanted to get a mailing list going for our little shindig in early January. Andrew can you reply to all and add the rest of the Tulane Dr’s office :) That way we have everyone in our address books and I have an easy way to get in touch.

In case you have questions, my aol im name is:
stevieglbi
phone number: check with andrew sholl
personal: steve@whistler08.digtitaljetty.com
The Whole Group: whistlertrip@whistler08.digtitaljetty.com

OK so here is a little bit of information to get everyone started:Our reservation is for this wonderful little condo:

http://www.alluradirect.com/1409/

Arrival: Jan-05-2008
Departure: Jan-12-2008
Number of Nights: 7

Check in: 4:00 PM early check in is possible but not probable
Check out: 10:00 AM late checkout is again possible but not probable

Where to fly into:
http://www.yvr.ca/

YVR is the airport code: get there on your own. I am going to wait a bit before I book in hopes that the prices come down. Last year I paid just under 300, but dont wait too long or you get screwed. My goal is to arrive at about noon on the 5th.

How to get to the mountain:

rental car
or
bus

The rental car is the cheapest way if you have more than one person going. There is the ability to do a one way rental and drop off 2 hours later when you arrive at the mountain. You would do the same thing for the return trip

Lift Tickets:
Buy them early and save lots of dough: I got mine here last year
http://www.alluradirect.com/whistler-lift-tickets.cfm.

Ok now on to the details:

I need to collect housing money by November 1 , as I am then responsible for paying off the lodging expenses: they are in my name alone.

With taxes the lodging total came to be $2070.18

That comes out to be $300 per person. Ok so you math wizzes are already calling me on my calculations; it really works out to approx 296 but I am rounding up since I did the dirty work :) Think of it as a tip

(P.S. Andrew does not = math wizz)
